Titta solen! ~~ Look, the sun!

Vi har haft solsken två dagar på raken nu. Det måste vara något slags rekord.

We've had sunshine two days in a row now. It has to be some sort of a record.

Jag ser solen! ~~ I see the sun!

And for those who do not know, that's the midday sun. Today the sun is up for 4.3 hours and it is 2,6°over the horizon at its highest.

Och så lite sol .. ~~ And then a little sun ...

Okej, vad är det för fel med den här bilden? Nej, det är inte att jag kan se solsken. Titta igen. Japp, det är öppet vatten i viken. En avlopps tub ifrån en fabrik hade gått sönder och det läkte ut varm vatten.

OK, what's wrong with this picture? No, it's not that I can see sunshine. Look again. Yepp, it's open water in the bay. A pipeline from a factory had broken and was leaking warm water.

Och så lite sol utan moln.
(Fotot är taget mitt på dagen, det är mindre än 4 timmar mellan soluppgång och solnedgång nu.)

Jag tittade ut genom fönstret och trodde inte mina ögon, solen sken och det var nästan inga moln på himmelen. Det är över två veckor sedan jag såg solen sist.

I looked out the window and I almost didn't believe my eyes, the sun was shining and there were almost no clouds in the sky. It's been over two weeks since the last time I saw the sun.

Ett veck i isen under snön.

Ja ... det är ju snö överallt så det finns ju inte all för mycket att fota.

Well ... there is snow everywhere and there isn't that much to take photos of.

Solen mitt på dagen, den når knappt över trädtopparna nu.

The sun in the middle of the day, it barely reaches over the tree tops by now.
