Giftig mat. Två ord som oftast inte passar ihop. Stenmurklor är giftiga och giftet är vattenlösligt så man kokar dem flera gånger i nytt vatten innan de är ätbara. Det är en delikatess och jag är glad över att ha hittat dem. Europeiska och Amerikanska stenmurklor är inte riktigt samma sak och Amerikanska är inte lämpliga att tillaga och äta.
Poisonous food. Two word that usually don't go together. False morels are poisonous and the poison is soluble in water so we boil them in new water several times before they can be eaten. They are a delicacy and I'm happy to have found them. European and American false morels is not quite the same thing and the American is not suitable to cook and eat.
